Korean Authentic Food


Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made from fermented vegetables. It is typically made with napa cabbage, radish, garlic, ginger, and chili pepper, and has a tangy and spicy flavor. Kimchi is often served as a side dish with rice or noodles, or used as an ingredient in various Korean dishes such as jjigae (stew). It is also known for its health benefits, as it is rich in vitamins, minerals, and probiotics.

Korean Food

Banchan consists of several types of side dishes, mainly vegetables, meat, and fish. Korean food has a variety of flavors, including spicy, salty, sweet, sour, and bitter. Representative Korean foods include bulgogi, kimchi, bibimbap, soybean paste stew, and tteokbokki.
